Total Fitness Boot Camp is a workout program for men and women of every fitness level. If you are an athlete or just getting into exercise, there is something for everyone at Total Fitness Boot Camp.
Don’t let the words “Boot Camp” scare you off, it’s something anyone can do! With a maximum of 12 participants per class, you are guaranteed personal attention from an experienced, Certified Personal Trainer.
Bob Ripp, your instructor, will design each class in a way that accommodates any fitness level.

Total Fitness Boot Camp is a combination of boot camp-style exercises and traditional gym exercises, all in a fun outdoor environment where you are surrounded by nature and motivation from your instructor and fellow boot campers.

Choose from many different programs:
- Coed and women-only boot camps
- 1-on-1 personal training at Ripp’s Gym, your home, local park, or place of work
- Small group personal training (2-4 people)
- Weekday and Saturday programs available
